The Scotch Whisky Experience is open every day of the year other than Christmas Day and we operate a shift system in most departments.

Job Title: Assistant Events & Hospitality Manager
Location: City Centre, Edinburgh, Midlothian
Wage: £18k+ (dependant on experience)
Hours: 36.25 Hours a week
Duration: Permanent (Day, Evening & Weekend Work)
Details: The 5* Scotch Whisky Experience is looking for an Assistant Events & Hospitality Manager to work in all aspects of our Events & Hospitality department. The applicant should have experience of supervising staff, hosting dining and events, event organisation, event administration and corporate sales. The applicant must also have a good knowledge of Word and Excel, possess good organisational skills, be able to take direction, work quickly and efficiently and have a good telephone manner.
We are looking for someone with an eye for detail who can be flexible and has a proven track record in, and a passion for, customer service.
