Amber restaurant is located in the Scotch Whisky Experience where you can sample some of Scotland’s finest produce. Our menus feature fresh Scottish produce including; estate bred beef and lamb, prime game, wild salmon and the freshest of local vegetables.
Amber is located in an historic part of the building with thick stone walls and half moon windows and is complimented by our whisky bar with over 300 different Scotch Whiskies.
