Last night Edinburgh Film Festival Guests visited our Amber Restaurant!

Sir Patrick Hewes Stewart OBE, Britt Eckland, Laurence Kardish, Rafi Pitts and Mike Hodges all joined us for dinner in Amber followed by a dram within The World’s largest collection of Scotch whisky. On entering the collection Sir Patrick Hewes Stewart commented: "Wow! This is spectacular." Britt Eckland thought the collection was 'totally amazing.' Our chefs Freddie Fiendrich and Micheal Neave cooked their 4 course meal for them. Sir Patrick Hewes Stewart said that the food was 'absolutely glorious, completely 5 star.' Chef Micheal Neave is only 19 years old to which Sir Patrick Stewart could not believe that he could be involved in making such 'glorious' food. We hope they enjoyed their time with us, we certainly enjoyed having them here and hope they enjoy their visit to Edinburgh.
